NewsDungeon Defenders hits one million copies sold
It may not be a Castle Crashers, but Dungeon Defenders has still sold a substantial amount of copies
Awesome dungeons, check. Brilliant tower-defense gameplay, check. One stellar XBLA/PSN/PC title, check. These attributes can only describe one title, and that is none other than Dungeon Defenders. According to Reverb publishing, the game did even better than they imagined, hitting the one million copies sold mark.
In an interview with Joystiq, Reverb Publishing CEO Doug Kennedy commented on the milestone saying, "It is tremendously successful franchise. We have lots of plans to support it both with DLC and additional add-ons for the franchise."
The game's developer has already confirmed three more DLC packs across all platforms for the title, so there will not be a shortage in dungeon action. If you have yet to try out this impressive arcade game, please, jump online and download it now.
